What We Collect
ProcedureCompare collects information in two ways: analytics data via Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, approximate location, device type — standard aggregate analytics), and information you voluntarily submit through our contact form or WhatsApp (name, email, and the contents of your message).
How We Use It
Contact submissions are used to respond to your inquiry and, where you've asked about a procedure, to connect you with relevant providers in the Colombia Medical network. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand which comparisons people find useful. We do not sell personal information.
Health Information — Read This
Messages you send may describe health conditions or procedures you're considering. Treat our contact form like email, not like a doctor's office: we are not a healthcare provider, we are not a HIPAA-covered entity, and you should share only what you're comfortable sharing. Detailed medical history belongs in conversations with licensed providers, not web forms.
Third Parties
We use Google Analytics (analytics), Google Apps Script (form processing), and WhatsApp (messaging, operated by Meta). Each operates under its own privacy policy. Links to provider and partner sites leave our privacy policy at the click.
Cookies
Analytics cookies only. No advertising trackers, no retargeting pixels.
Your Choices
You can request deletion of any contact submission by emailing andy@colombiamedical.co. Browser settings and standard opt-outs control analytics cookies.
